Jonathan Rabinow is a seasoned real assets and capital markets executive with over 30 years of experience in U.S. real estate and cross-border fundraising. Before founding Intellex Capital, he served as Chief Investment Officer of a $10 billion real estate investment firm, where he built and led the EB-platform that financed over $3B of development.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Rabinow was a senior acquisitions executive at RXR Realty, where he executed over $5 billion of real estate transactions across multiple asset classes.

Vice President of Finance
Shana Auman brings a strong background in real estate asset management, operations, and finance. Prior to joining Intellex Capital, she was Vice President of Finance at Castle Lake Capital, a New York–based real estate investment firm, where she directed property operations, negotiated leases, managed financial performance, and conducted due diligence on residential investments.

Ms. Auman graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Queens College, City University of New York, where she earned both a BA and an MA.
